Noticing a rather large queue at a small kiosk in the gourmet emporium at Pavilion (otherwise known as the food hall) we went to investigate. Space-age mixers using LN2 to speed freeze the ice cream covered the OMG! stand in liquid nitrogen mist, I just had to have one.
