The Sapa Unique Hotel consists of 22 rooms over 6 floors and is located on the lower half of Fansipan Street (Phan Xi Păng) just a two minute walk to the market and five minute’s to the beginning of the CatCat Village walk. The ground floor consists of a reception area with sofas, a Sapa Unique Tours desk and a small reading area with a bookcase.
