OMG! (Ooh My Gas) Ice Cream

If people are willing to queue for over 1½ hours for something, there‚Äôs generally a very good reason for it. In this case, it’s super smooth ice cream made using LN2 (Liquid Nitrogen). Very Heston Blumenthal.

Noticing a rather large queue at a small kiosk in the gourmet emporium at Pavilion (otherwise known as the food hall) we went to investigate. Space-age mixers using LN2 to speed freeze the ice cream covered the OMG! stand in liquid nitrogen mist, I just had to have one.
